Returns and Refunds
At Afra Perfumery, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality perfumes that meet their expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make it easy for you to return your item.
Eligible returns:
- Perfumes that are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been used or damaged.
- Perfumes that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Ineligible returns:
- Perfumes that have been opened or used.
- Perfumes that are no longer in their original packaging.
- Perfumes that have been damaged after arrival due to improper handling or storage.
How to make a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your perfume to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.
- Return your perfume in its original packaging, along with any accompanying materials
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Afradisia is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your perfume for a different product, please follow the same process for making a return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process an exchange or issue a refund as appropriate.
- If you would like to make an exchange, please let our customer service team know which product you would like to receive in place of your original order.
